You are solely responsible for the content you upload and share via the platform.

You agree to use the **Truzta platform** and Services for legal and proper purposes as described in these Terms. You shall not upload any illegal or infringing content, violate any laws or third-party rights, post inappropriate content, engage in abusive behavior, or infringe any intellectual property rights. **3. Registration of Account and Account Information**  
To access and use the Truzta platform, you must complete the registration process and create an account with Cyber Heals. Cyber Heals reserves the right to terminate your access to the Truzta platform for any fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized use.

**4. Fees and Payments**  
All fees associated with your **Truzta** account are due in full and payable in advance according to the selected plan or as mutually agreed between you and **Cyber Heals.** You are responsible for providing accurate billing and contact information. Cyber Heals reserves the right to modify the fees with prior notice. Payment methods and billing cycles will be agreed upon between you and Cyber Heals. Failure to pay the fees may result in termination of the Services. All prices are exclusive of taxes, and you agree to reimburse Cyber Heals for any such taxes paid on your behalf. Cyber Heals follows a no-refund policy; therefore, no refunds of fees will be provided under any circumstances.

**5. Feedback**  
The Services are provided for evaluation and feedback purposes without compensation. You agree to provide feedback, comments, and suggestions regarding the Truzta platform and Services. You grant Cyber Heals a perpetual, non-revocable, royalty-free license to use your feedback to improve the Truzta platform and other services. Cyber Heals may monitor your use of the Services for improvement purposes.

**6. Intellectual Property**  
All intellectual property rights related to the Truzta platform and Services, including content, materials, trademarks, and copyrights, are owned by Cyber Heals or its licensors. You acknowledge and agree that you have no right, title, or interest in the Truzta platform or Services except as expressly granted in these Terms. You shall not copy, modify, publish, distribute, or exploit the Truzta platform or Services.

**7. Compliance with Laws**

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cyber Heals, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Truzta platform or Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of third parties.

**13. Limitation of Liability**  
In no event shall Cyber Heals or its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Truzta platform or Services, even if Cyber Heals has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

**14. Disclaimer of Warranties**  
The Truzta platform and Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without any warranties, express or implied. Cyber Heals disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Cyber Heals does not warrant that the Truzta platform or Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
